Saturday 25 October: West Midlands Vegan Festival

From 10am-6pm, held at Wolves Civic Hall, North St, Wolverhampton, WV1 1RQ. Admission is just £1 (free for under 16s) and there will be stalls, talks, cookery demos, children’s activities and much more! November 2014

Saturday 1 November: World Vegan Day Cruelty Free Fair

10am to 3pm at Lyttleton Rooms, Church Street, Great Malvern, Worcestershire. Admission is free, and there will be free vegan food tasting, tombola, bric a brac, and lots of information about vegan living. For more information please visit Worcestershire Vegans and Veggies Facebook page.

Sunday 2 November: North East Vegan Festival, Sunderland

Showcases vegan food, campaign organisations, shoes, crafts, toiletries, and more. The Festival will welcome vegans, vegetarians and omnivores. There will be vegan bands playing on the Sunday in the day. Admission is £1. Stadium of Light, Millenium Way, Sunderland, SR5 1SU from 10am to 6pm. Saturday 29 November: Viva!'s Incredible Vegan Christmas, Bristol

At Bristol City Hall, College Green, Bristol BS1 5TR from 10:30am to 4pm. A celebration of all things vegan; campaigns, merchandise and resources from Viva! with free food tastings, cookery demonstrations and talks. Over thirty cruelty-free stalls from animal charities and vegan companies. Free entry. Find out more on the event website.

December 2014

Saturday 6 December: Compassionate Derby

From 10:30am - 4:30pm at St Peter's Church, St Peter's Churchyard, Derby DE1 1NN. Free entry. There will be stalls selling a range of cruelty-free food and lifestyle products, charity and campaigning stalls, plus free samples, children's activities, a diverse program of talks throughout the day and a generous raffle. Sunday 7 December: Animal Aid's Christmas Fayre 2014

Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. See all the details here. Our key speakers this year are Caroline Lucas, Green MP, and Peter Tatchell, human and animal rights campaigner. Hope to see you there!

2015

Friday 20 February: Protest outside Japanese embassy, London

Protest the slaughter and capture of dolphins and small whales in Taiji, Japan at the Japanese embassy, 101-104 Piccadilly, London W1J 7JT. Bring posters, banners, whistles or inflatables. Starting at 12 noon and finishing with a minutes silence and candles being lit around 6pm for the dolphins and whales of Taiji. More details on the Facebook event page.
