Animal Aid

Animal Liberation

In every social group and across the age range, people are looking for ways to live in harmony with nature and without causing needless animal suffering. Animal Aid has, for all its life, done what we hope is a creditable job exposing and campaigning against cruelty, and promoting ways of living that eliminate animal exploitation. While we've never avoided the more philosophical side of animal rights, we've seen ourselves as part of a movement that seeks, above all, to be practical and get results. However, it is also important to look at the philosophy behind animal rights / liberation and take pride in the historic movement to advance the status of animals.
